At Madinah Store, we approach our logistics with Ihsan (excellence). To ensure your items arrive safely and conveniently, we offer a range of flexible delivery and pickup options across Mauritius to fit your schedule.

Please find all details regarding our delivery rates, processing times, and pickup locations below.

1. Delivery Options & Rates

If you prefer to have your order sent straight to your door rather than collecting it from our pickup points, we offer two affordable, flat-rate delivery services across the island:

  • Standard Postage: Rs 125 flat rate. Your items will be carefully packaged and dispatched via local postal networks.

  • Home Delivery: Rs 150 flat rate. A direct delivery straight to your specified home or office address.

Note: For delicate or liquid items (such as unsealed Sunnah wellness oils), we highly recommend choosing Home Delivery or Local Pickup to preserve absolute product integrity.

2. Local Pickup Hubs

To offer maximum flexibility between your working day and your evening routine, you can also opt to collect your order for free from our designated local slots. Please select your preferred hub at checkout:

Weekend pickup requests must be coordinated at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Window: Once your payment is verified (via Juice by MCB or Bank Transfer) or your Cash on Delivery option is confirmed, your order is prepared within 24 hours.

  • High-Demand Batches: For major restocks (such as our special shipments of the Easy Quran II), priority allocations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive an immediate confirmation alert via WhatsApp or Email as soon as your package is dispatched or ready for collection.

4. Important Logistics Policies

  • Proxy Pickups: Can’t collect your package yourself? You are welcome to send a friend or family member. Simply message us their name in advance via our official WhatsApp desk so we can verify the handoff safely.

  • Holding Window: We will safely hold your paid pickup orders at your preferred hub for up to 14 business days. If you experience unexpected delays, please reach out so we can extend your hold window.
