  • For orders utilizing local payment methods like Juice by MCB or direct Bank Transfer, you agree to fulfill payment or provide verification promptly to ensure your order processing window is met.

5. Local Logistics & Collection Hubs

  • When selecting our local pickup options, you agree to adhere to the designated schedules established for our Curepipe (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM) and Terre Rouge (After 5:00 PM) collection points.

  • Paid pickup orders will be securely held for a maximum of 14 business days. Unclaimed orders beyond this window without communication may be subject to cancellation or cancellation fees.

  • Standard flat-rate delivery and postage options are bound by our standard fulfillment times and the operational bounds of local courier/postal networks.

6. Community Initiatives & Book Exchange

Madinah Store operates a circular economy book exchange program and community hub. When participating in these free or community-driven features, you agree to:

  • Provide genuine, accurately described books or items for trade.

  • Refrain from utilizing the exchange network to distribute explicit, offensive, sectarian, or copyright-infringing literature.

  • Respect the community-first intent of the platform. We reserve the right to restrict access or remove listings from users who violate the spirit of trust and Ihsan governing these projects.

The text, graphics, curated product layouts, original taglines, code, and custom logos (including the distinct white/transparent Madinah Store emblem) featured on this website are the intellectual property of Madinah Store.
